"I’ve been using historyvault here and..."
I’ve been using historyvault here and there, and overall it’s got some solid stuff. If you’re into older history shows or documentaries, there’s probably a decent amount you’ll enjoy.
The selection is kind of mixed, though. Some subjects seem to have a bunch of episodes or specials, while others feel like there are only a few options, or maybe the same kind of thing repeated a bit.
I wouldn’t say it’s bad at all, just not something I’m watching constantly. I still check it out every so often, but I’d probably use it more if they added fresh content a little more regularly.

"Billing was fine, and canceling wasn’t a hassle"
I used it for a bit and the billing seemed fine from what I remember. When I decided to cancel, I think it was around late March or maybe early April, the process was straightforward and didn’t take long. No big issues on my end

"Support was slow when I really needed help"
I reached out to support expecting a quick hand, but it took them way too long to get back to me. When they finally did, the reply felt generic and not all that helpful. I did get the issue sorted in the end, it just wasn’t a great experience overall...

"Streams smoothly and the app does what it should"
I’ve been using historyvault.com for a few weeks now and it’s been hassle-free. The streaming has been solid with no weird buffering, even when I’m watching on my tablet. The app opens quickly and it’s easy enough to find what I want. I also got the confirmation email and receipt right away, which was nice. It’s not the flashiest app, but it works well, and that’s all I needed.

"For me, the subscription has been worth..."
For me, the subscription has been worth it so far. I’ve paid more for other services I didn’t use nearly as much, so this feels like a good price for what I’m getting.

"Better than I expected for quick history facts"
I was mostly expecting a basic rundown of dates and names, but it ended up being more useful than that. The info felt accurate, and I actually learned a few things without getting bored. Solid overall if you want history facts explained in a simple way.
